A 6-story antebellum mill with a working water wheel near Winona, MN in a small town named Pickwick, named after the Dickens novel. It really takes a lot to make flour. The farmers apparently used to line up for miles to use this mill, and slept underneath their wagons. Yay for widespread distribution of electricity, you can now make flour in your own home if you want. They had a nice large single-piece millstone from France too.
